1. By entering the raffle/competition/giveaway ("Giveaway") you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The Giveaway is being run by Project Planet ID.

Eligibility to enter

3. The Giveaway is open for Indonesian residents only.
4. If the winner of the Giveaway is not eligible, Project Planet ID reserves the right to discontinue the Giveaway or redraw a new winner.

The prize
 

5. The prize will be Project Planet ID's tumbler and/or other sustainable products, as decided by Project Planet ID.
6. The winner will be drawn at random.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
8. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
9. The decision of Project Planet ID regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

10. The winner will be notified via the email/Instagram/Whatsapp provided during contact or registration.

11. Project Planet ID will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
12. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Project Planet ID reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Delivery & Receipt of the prize

13. Please allow 14-20 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

14. All delivery costs of the prize will be borne by the winner unless decided otherwise by Project Planet ID.

15. The winner reserves the right to refuse the prize if they do not want to pay the delivery costs, and we may choose another winner or cancel the Giveaway.

Data protection and publicity

16. You consent to any personal information you provide in registering to the event/competition/challenge being used by Project Planet ID for the purposes of administering the Giveaway.
17. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at projectplanetid@gmail.com
18. An announcement of the winners' first name will be made via Project Planet ID's Instagram story.

19. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Project Planet ID's privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

20. Project Planet ID does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participants/entrants as a result of either participating in the Giveaway or being selected for a prize

21. Project Planet ID reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

22. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Indonesian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court of Jakarta Barat.
